Hello Diaryland.
I know. I neglect you badly.
But I am getting better. I promise to really come back soon.
Well, as soon as one child, one husband, a crazy family and an absolutely insane uni degree (school for you guys in the US) will let me.
A peek into my last two crazy days.
On Monday, some truly mad lecturer decided to re-instate a 2000 word case study she had told us to ignore months ago ... and then yesterday, as I stood teaching 25 grade one students maths. (A truly interesting concept for the mathematically challenged among us.)
The deputy principal decided to come and tell me that I am being assessed by a lecturer this morning. yep about 24 hours notice. A lecturer I have never even heard of.
Poor little me.
"You'll be right, T ... I've put you up first because I know you will be okay."
yeah, right. No pressure. MUCH.
So think of me today, my Siamese fighting fish clutched under one arm, smears of breakfast down my shirt, sleep coming out of my eyes since it obviously isn't allowed to happen during the night teaching in front of some woman I have never heard of who gets to write a nice page-long report on me that could just decide my career.
