2004-07-02 - 5:39 p.m.

So here I am up here in sunny North Queensland with a whole new career on the way.

I am back at uni doing education which I will finish in the middle of next year which means, scarily, I will be let loose on unsuspecting children from that time.

Education is a great study area and when you combine it with the years I have had of being a journo, I have a pretty big head start when it comes to this course.

So from now on I have to write daily (again) and I am looking forward to it.

For anyone who read my diary in my previous existence, my cute cabana boy never worked out for me and my son, R, is now at school. Grade One if you can believe it.
